  2. Check if DigiD is experiencing an outage

    Maintenance may be underway on the DigiD website. Visit Logius | Disruptions and Maintenance for the latest updates.

  3. Try logging in with a different browser than the one you were using

    Avoid using an incognito or private window when visiting our website. Additionally, refrain from using a VPN connection, plugins, browser tools, or firewalls that could block access to our website. Please note that Safari and Internet Explorer may not always work as expected.

  4. Always start a fresh login session on our website

    Avoid using saved links or bookmarks. Instead, type the website address directly into the address bar:

  5. Clear your browser's cookies and cache
