Most disruptions are resolved quickly. So, try again in a few minutes. If it still doesn’t work, try again in a couple of hours or tomorrow. Disruptions usually don’t last longer than a day.

What is causing the disruption?

A disruption can occur for various reasons. Sometimes the issue isn’t on our side, so we can’t always resolve it right away. We recommend trying again later today or tomorrow.
