Time marches on, and so does the investment world. That's why we've explored ways to enhance our fund offerings. Discover what this means for the VrijBelegger here.
Research and feedback
Zwitserleven can add or remove external (non-Zwitserleven) investment funds from our portfolio. We do this after conducting our own research to improve our products, and we also rely on feedback from our participants, advisers, and employers.
More options, more diversification
Currently, we see several opportunities to enhance the fund offerings at VrijBeleggen. As a result, we've introduced new investment funds and will be removing the existing iShares ETF funds. We believe these funds don't offer enough differentiation from other options.
This update provides VrijBeleggers with a broader selection of investment categories and greater fund variety, allowing them to better meet their goals and preferences.
Switching
Participants investing in iShares ETF funds have until January 31, 2026, to make a new choice. They can easily do this in MijnZwitserleven, where they can also view their current iShares ETF fund(s) and explore options that align with their investor profile. If no choice is made by January 31, 2026, we'll transition them to the most comparable alternative. In both scenarios, we'll cover the costs of exiting and entering.
