Readtime 2 minutesCardano Asset Management, the manager of the Zwitserleven investment funds, has updated the terms and conditions in the prospectus with effect from 1 November 2026. This concerns:
- the update to the Cardano Sustainable Investment Policy. The definition of a sustainable investment has been tightened and clarified.
- a number of non-material tightenings and clarifications in the management and custody terms and conditions relating to outsourcing relationships and liquidity risk management, due to the statutory requirements arising from the amendment to the AIFM Directive.
None of these changes reduce the rights or safeguards of participants, impose any additional burdens on them, or alter the investment policy or investment strategy.
