Can my advisor submit the application for me?
Yes, that is possible. However, your advisor must demonstrate that they are authorized to act on your behalf. This can be done, for example, with an authorization. It can also be done via the form above. Add the authorization at .
Are there any costs associated with an international value transfer?
We do not charge any fees for requesting or processing a statutory international value transfer. However, the foreign pension provider may sometimes deduct costs. If that is the case, we take this into account in the assessment.
Will I receive updates on my application in the meantime?
You will hear from us as soon as there is new information or if we need something from you. Unfortunately, calling in the meantime does not speed up the process.
What happens if my request is not possible?
If your request does not meet the requirements, we will inform you in writing and explain why the value transfer cannot proceed.
