The fund invests in shares of companies that are part of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index Net EUR, with the exception of shares of companies that do not meet the sustainable investment objectives.

The investment objective of the fund is to approach the return of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index Net EUR as much as possible, taking into account the exclusion criteria. In addition, the fund pursues long-term sustainability objectives. The fund invests passively. This means that the fund manager does not select the investments himself and follows an index in order to keep the fund costs as low as possible. Of course, all investments meet the sustainability criteria. You can read about these criteria in chapter 4 of the prospectus Zwitserleven Institutionele Beleggingsfondsen. Applying the sustainability criteria results in a deviation (tracking error) compared to the index. The cash that becomes available due to the exclusion of companies is invested such that the tracking error is minimized.

How sustainable and responsible does the fund invest?

Zwitserleven has opted for a sustainable and socially responsible investment policy. The fund aims to make sustainable investments, in line with Article 9 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). Therefore the investments should meet the sustainability objectives. You can read these for all investments in chapter 4 and specifically for the fund in chapter 11.10 of the prospectus Zwitserleven Institutionele Beleggingsfondsen. In addition, all companies in which the fund can invest are assessed on the basis of good governance principles. And whether the underlying investments do not seriously affect the sustainability objectives. If a company does not meet these objectives, it will not be included. All companies in the investment universe obtain an ESG-score. Taking into account the fund's return and sustainability objectives, the aim is to achieve the highest possible ESG score relative to the index.

  • Ongoing Charges Figure, which is charged daily to the fund's price. The expected Ongoing Charges Figure of the Zwitserleven Duurzaam Index Aandelenfonds Opkomende Landen is 0.02% per annum.
  • Management fees that are settled with the investment value every month. Information about management fees can be found in your pension scheme rules.
