Rectification costs scheme 

Zwitserleven sets high standards with respect to the quality of its products and services. Personal attention, clear communication, flawless and fast work, and a quick response to new legislation are our top priorities. It may however be the case that you are not happy with the service provided, despite our continued attention to quality.

In order to qualify for reimbursement of rectification costs, you must do the following:

  • Fill in the rectification costs claim form.
  • Submit a copy of the invoice you received from your adviser. This invoice also includes a specification of the rectification costs incurred by your adviser.
