Amendment to the Terms of the Zwitserleven Government Bonds 10+ Fund Effective April 14, 2026

Cardano Asset Management N.V., the manager of Zwitserleven funds, has announced changes to the terms of the Zwitserleven Government Bonds 10+ Fund, effective April 14, 2026.

The amendments include updates to the investment structure, investment policy, and sustainability policy. These changes are detailed in the addendum to the Zwitserleven Investment Funds prospectus, dated November 6, 2025.
