The fund invests in listed shares of European real estate companies.
What is the investment objective?
The investment objective of the fund is to achieve a financial return that matches the return of the index. The index is composed on the basis of shares of real estate companies qualified as sustainably. In addition, the fund pursues long-term sustainability objectives. How does the fund invest?
The fund invests passively. This means that the fund manager does not select the investments himself and follows an index in order to keep the fund costs as low as possible. Welke fondskosten worden in rekening gebracht?
De fondskosten die in rekening worden gebracht bestaan uit:
- Lopende kosten factor, die dagelijks verrekend wordt in de koers van een fonds. De verwachte Lopende Kosten Factor is 0,12% per jaar.
- Beheerkosten die maandelijks verrekend worden met de beleggingswaarde. Informatie over beheerkosten vindt u in uw pensioenreglement.
