New service level agreement

The service level agreement (SLA) is part of your administration agreement. The SLA has been amended on a number of points:

  • We deliver the SLA report on request per quarter. The report you receive is based on contract level and not on Zwitserleven PPI level. This will give you a better idea of how your pension scheme is administered.
  • The SLA report does not contain any information about the service desk. Information on the investments can be found on our website.
  • The FitAge report will cease. In a few months, we will integrate this report in MijnZwitserleven, so that you can view the details of your pension scheme at any time.

You will find your new service level agreement in Appendix 8 of your amended administration agreement.
